In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Use, the following terms and conditions apply to all users of the Open Source hosting plan and all plan related services provided by MyCFSpace. By using the Open Source hosting plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the Open Source hosting plan.

Usage Policy

• Open source plans may be used for commercial purposes only as they relate to the open source project. Providing support, accepting donations, or other uses reasonably associated with the project.
• Open Source plans are subject to approval by MyCFSpace. We reserve the right to deny any application for a Open Source plan for any reason.
• Open Source plans may not be used for pornography, adult content, spamming, illegal activities, or any other content or activity that is not suitable for all ages or violates applicable laws.
• Only one Open Source account is allowed per open source project.

Account Management

• MyCFSpace reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the Open Source hosting plan at any time for any reason.
• Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the MyCFSpace website. Your continued use of the Open Source hosting plan after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disclaimer

Open Source plans provide a space for you to promote and support an open source CFML project. MyCFSpace reserves the right to terminate any account found to be using the Open Source plan for any other purpose.

MyCFSpace reserves the right to terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms and conditions without notice.
