CFML Learner TOS

In addition to the terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Use, the following terms and conditions apply to all users of the CFML Learner hosting plan and all plan related services provided by MyCFSpace. By using the CFML Learner hosting plan, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use the CFML Learner hosting plan.

Usage Policy

  • CFML Learner is a complimentary hosting plan provided by MyCFSpace. It is intended for educational purposes only and not for production use.
  • The CFML Learner plan is meant for personal use only and is not intended for commercial use.
  • CFML Learner plans are subject to approval by MyCFSpace. We reserve the right to deny any application for a CFML Learner plan for any reason.
  • CFML Learner plans may not be used for pornography, adult content, spamming, illegal activities, or any other content or activity that is not suitable for all ages or violates applicable laws.
  • Invite codes are unique to each customer and are not to be shared with others. We reserve the right to terminate any account found to be sharing invite codes.
  • Only one CFML Learner account is allowed per customer.

Account Management

  • MyCFSpace reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the CFML Learner hosting plan at any time for any reason.
  • Any changes to these terms and conditions will be posted on the MyCFSpace website. Your continued use of the CFML Learner hosting plan after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
  • An upgrade path from CFML Learner to one of our paid plans will be offered to anyone found violating certain of these usage policies; however, we reserve the right to terminate any account found to be in violation without notice.

Disclaimer

CFML Learner plans provide a space for you to learn and experiment with ColdFusion. MyCFSpace reserves the right to terminate any account found to be using the CFML Learner plan for any other purpose.
